When purchased in 2014, LimoLiner was a little known 11-year-old Boston to New York shuttle service in need of an image overhaul. marlo marketing was entrusted with a comprehensive brand revamp to evoke its luxury-class service and effectively showcase upcoming fleet, operational and customer experience improvements. Once the direction was defined and strategic messaging was in place, our objective transitioned to driving ongoing brand awareness, website traffic and “butts in seats.”

Finally, we secured strategic partnerships with complementary companies and social media influencers to enhance visibility and gain new customers.
As a result of our efforts, LimoLiner saw a 1500% increase in web traffic from social media; 160% increase in page views; and 18% passenger growth. Our media relations efforts resulted in impactful placements that reached key business & leisure audiences both nationally and locally. LimoLiner was featured in outlets such as Business Insider, CBS Boston, Sherman’s Travel, New England Cable News, The Boston Globe and Business Traveler, and hosted trips for writers contributing to The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Forbes Travel Guide, The Wall Street Journal and Departures. The team also coordinated exclusive giveaway collaborations with notable Twitter influencers, gaining exposure among hundreds of thousands of followers.
