Francesca Rovello is a seasoned marketing and public relations professional with more than 12 years of experience executing strategic communications programs across a wide variety of industries including luxury lifestyle, apparel, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, beauty, healthcare and nonprofit.

Joining marlo marketing in June 2017, Francesca will oversee the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for an expanding list of consumer brands including Bully Boy Distillers, Narragansett, Pretzel Crisps and Cassava Crunch. As Vice President, Francesca specializes in collaborating with brands to develop comprehensive awareness driving programs focused on media relations, events, digital marketing, influencer and strategic partnerships, thought leadership and more.

Francesca began her career in New York City executing national media relations programs for a roster of international beauty and grooming clients such as Kinerase, PureOlogy, wet n wild and La Roche Posey. Following her passion for luxury lifestyle brands, Francesca then shifted her focus as part of the team supporting the iconic DeBeers A Diamond Is Forever integrated marketing campaign at JWT New York. For over six years, Francesca managed the development and execution of the brands strategic global product launches, celebrity and influencer relations, industry thought leadership, experiential events and crisis communications.

With an insights-driven approach to public relations and marketing, Francesca then shifted her sights to her hometown of Boston where she joined Schneider Associates as Director of their Consumer Group. During her time there she led client PR for brands such as Baskin Robbins, AAA Southern New England, Hebrew SeniorLife and GUM Brands.

Prior to joining marlo marketing, Francesca spent more than three years at Cone Communications as an Account Director overseeing some of the agency’s largest consumer accounts including Keurig, Lindt chocolate, Barbour, Orvis, Qdoba, Breville and Purina. As team lead, Francesca developed and executed national media relations programs, celebrity-hosted events, experiential consumer initiatives, digital influencer marketing programs and major cause marketing initiatives.

Raised in Massachusetts, Francesca attended Boston College in Chestnut Hill, studying History and Communications. Following graduation, Francesca moved to New York City where she spent 7 years honing her career both in-house and with a number of agencies. She now resides in her childhood hometown of Hingham, MA. As an avid runner and certified ice cream super fan, Francesca spends her down time on the hunt for the perfect cone or out on a run with her favorite partner – her four year old pup, Rigby.
