marlo marketing seeks an experienced Social Media Manager for our Restaurants & Catering practice. This position is based in our Boston office.

You:

  • Discover the latest trends and tools (Facebook 360, Pablo, Canva, etc.) before all your friends
  • Recognize the importance of online reputation management to service-based businesses
  • Exemplify strong problem solving and customer service skills
  • Are skilled in project management and managing client relationships
  • Possess unsurpassed creativity
  • Have strong internal motivation for a job well done
  • Believe that hard work will be rewarded and are looking for a place to land that believes it, too

 

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of post-college social media marketing experience
  • Ability to thoughtfully develop and execute brand voice
  • Experience with significant growth in a brand’s social following
  • Incredible attention to detail and writing skills
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with influencers
  • Success in running social media campaigns with noteworthy measured ROI

 

Brownie Points:

  • Active and substantial social media following on personal blog / account
  • Photography / food-styling experience
  • Experience in the restaurant industry – management, FOH or BOH
  • Full understanding of online reputation management tools including Yelp, TripAdvisor, Reputology, etc.
