marlo marketing seeks an experienced Social Media Manager for our Restaurants & Catering practice. This position is based in our Boston office.
- Discover the latest trends and tools (Facebook 360, Pablo, Canva, etc.) before all your friends
- Recognize the importance of online reputation management to service-based businesses
- Exemplify strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Are skilled in project management and managing client relationships
- Possess unsurpassed creativity
- Have strong internal motivation for a job well done
- Believe that hard work will be rewarded and are looking for a place to land that believes it, too
- 2-6 years of post-college social media marketing experience
- Ability to thoughtfully develop and execute brand voice
- Experience with significant growth in a brand’s social following
- Incredible attention to detail and writing skills
- Ability to identify and build relationships with influencers
- Success in running social media campaigns with noteworthy measured ROI
- Active and substantial social media following on personal blog / account
- Photography / food-styling experience
- Experience in the restaurant industry – management, FOH or BOH
- Full understanding of online reputation management tools including Yelp, TripAdvisor, Reputology, etc.
