Alright, Let’s Wrap Up 2019

If you’re an avid Spotify user like myself, then you’ve probably already spent countless hours listening to your top songs of 2019 and top songs of the decade, released on Spotify in early December. Spotify Wrapped curates personalized playlists for each user based on their app usage thought the year and, in this case, the decade as well – which is pretty crazy. When the app released this year’s lists, users took to Instagram to share with the world their top artists, top songs of each season and in my case, how many times they’ve listened to Kygo in 2019 (roughly 24 hours 😊).

The roundup shows the amount of time you spent on Spotify, pulling together everything from a user’s top podcast, artist of the decade and top 100 songs of the decade. Additionally, Spotify users can save their personalized playlist in order of which songs they’ve listened to most in 2019. Another feature of Wrapped is a “Tastebreakers” playlist, created by Spotify with suggested songs you may enjoy based on your yearly roundup.

So, thanks to Spotify, we’re prepared to listen to our all faves on repeat and discover new tunes for 2020!
