Bring on the nitro cold brew and PSL’s  – Starbucks has recently unveiled Reserve Roastery in NYC, its fourth global location in Chelsea that’s complete with two unique coffee stations, a high-end Italian liquor bar, a gourmet bakery and an expansive gift shop. Needless to say, I HAVE THOUGHTS.

Let me break down this glorious institution:

The Location – The 23,000 square foot facility is set on the ground floor of a glamorous office building located in the heart of the Meatpacking District. BRB, moving.

The Space An Experience Bar teaches you the art of coffee, the Arriviamo Bar pours you an artisanal cocktail (or two) and the main bar supplies all your general caffeine needs. Not to mention a Scooping Bar where you can take home your own beans, Princi Bakery, and a selection of retail items that will make you into a pro barista at home.

The Menu – Whether you’re craving a seasonal Cardamom Latte or a coffee flight paired with chocolate truffles, the Roastery has that and more. Looking for something a bit stronger? The Roastery Old Fashioned combines cold brew, malt whiskey, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar and will leave you feeling #fancy. See the full menu here.

The NYC Roastery is located at 61 9th Avenue and is open late six days a week.

See you there!
