If you were in New York or London recently and saw a copy of Maya Angelou’s “Mom & Me & Mom” laying around, don’t feel bad about picking it up and taking it with you. It wasn’t lost or thrown away, it was just Emma Watson playing the role of book fairy.

The initiative is part of her Feminist book club, Our Shared Self, which boasts other celebrity members like Abby Wambach and Sophia Bush. The club was born from Watson’s work with UN Women and focuses on books about equality. The club is currently reading “Mom & Me & Mom” and will then discuss it on GoodReads.com at the end of the December.
