I Bet Minnie Mouse Loves This Line…

On my last family vacation, I had the pleasure of staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (Side-note: this hotel is killer. 5 stars all around. Nothing overlooked!) and, while there, we discovered a new beauty store called Basin White.  Located on the hotel’s second level of their grand atrium, the store sells their signature chemical-free, natural bath and body products. While browsing the modern store (the interior is completely white and black and looks like an extra-large spa bathroom), the females in my family drooled over the array of sliced bar soaps, shampoo bars, salt scrubs and body lotions. My mom was the first to pick up a jar of their Pink Sugar Shea Scrub and the Oatmeal Honey Body Butter.  Those were our top scent choices for her after testing out all of the offerings.  We used these two products non-stop during our entire vacation; after spending afternoons lounging by the pool, we would retreat to our rooms for a hot shower and some serious moisturizing to make our skin glow and prolong the tan we knew was going to slowly disappear upon our return to Boston. Since my sis and I were avid fans of the products during our stay, we each bought another scrub and body butter for ourselves before our flight. After chatting it up with the store’s employees, they informed us that Basin White is a family-owned business with just four stores and a website. The brand ships anywhere—which is great and all—but I’d much prefer to pick them up in person…at Disney!
