Kenan & Kel Reunite, All 90s Kids Rejoice!

While I was born in the 80s, most of my childhood TV watching years took place in the mid-90s. I remember coming home from school, playing outside for a bit (yes, before my homework… thanks mom!), finishing up my math and history assignments, and then begging my parents to let me watch Nickelodeon for an hour before dinner and bed.
Nickelodeon had some pretty amazing shows back then, which I think we can all agree on. Doug, The Amanda Show, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Hey Arnold, Clarissa Explains It All, Double Dare, Salute Your Shorts, Legends of the Hidden Temple, etc…
But nothing had me sprinting to the living room faster than when I’d hear TLC singing “Check it, check it, check it. Now this is just an introduction, before I blow your mind, this show is all of that and yes we do it all the time!”
Yup, it was time for All That.
Why am I bringing this up 15 years after the show stopped airing (ugh – that was a very sad day)? Because, once again, Jimmy Fallon has fulfilled my adulthood dreams, reuniting Kenan and Kel for my favorite All That sketch, “Good Burger.”
C’mon, admit it, how many times have you recited “Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger, can I take your order?” And how much did you love the hilarious scenarios played out by Ed (Kel) and Lester the construction worker (Kenan)?
If you need a reminder, you can watch the skit below. I’m thinking it’s time for All That to make a return to TV regularly because I can’t handle just this one-time sketch.
