Trending topics on Facebook always entertain me. They somehow manage to range from serious news like nuclear policy changes to events that cannot possibly affect our daily lives, like an irrelevant Twitter exchange between two celebrities.

You could imagine my surprise when I spotted yet another Kardashian-related headline a few days ago, but this one actually caught my attention – it read: “Kourtney Kardashian: Reality TV Personality Describes How to Eat Kit Kat Candy Bar in Video.” Wow. How to eat a chocolate bar. That’s what the world needs to know, Facebook?

Well, in all honesty, if I had an endless amount of free time to do whatever I wanted, I would probably film myself eating a random chocolate bar as well. Just to see how many people would willingly waste their time watching it. But, the oldest and wisest Kardashian claims that her method is ‘life-changing’. She argues that her six steps will “make you eat less, because you’re eating it slow.” Okay, no. It’ll just make your snack break twice as long and leave you with chocolate all over your fingers.
