We Love Coco and Coco Loves You
The beauty industry is huge on social media. From Instagram to YouTube and beyond – beauty gurus were some of the first to make it big on social, and beauty brands some of the first to accept social influencers as a legitimate marketing tool. A decade or so later, Chanel Beauty has launched a new Instagram page, @welovecoco, which is described as a “community of beauty enthusiasts and insiders who love CHANEL.”

The page is exclusively curated (re-posted) content from Instagram users, and seeks to celebrate and take advantage of the powerful community that is beauty enthusiasts on Instagram. While the page is in its early days and we have yet to see where Chanel will take it, the opportunities abound and I’m sure we’ll see many brands following suit.
