March is nearly behind us, but the cold remains, making it hard to motivate even though swimsuit season is right around the corner. Our advice? Just go with it and enjoy, because we’ve got some killer news on the drinking and dining front to share in this issue of marlo monthly.

From a new resto that we predict will be one of the hardest tables to secure once they open later this week to a new brunch offering that includes beignets and chicory coffee to two more locations of everyone’s favorite modern day “roadside” burger stand, the Boston dining scene is getting more interesting by the day. And topping off all of this culinary deliciousness with the proverbial cherry,, the magazine for culinary insiders, returns this April with its Boston Rising Stars Tasting Gala and Awards Ceremony taking place at The Colonnade Hotel.

So give in and enjoy the last few weeks of forgiving oversized sweaters with goblets of red wine in hand. After a winter the likes of what we’ve been through, easing into spring is simply the right thing to do!
