If you were as nostalgic for your workplace shenanigans in 2020 as the rest of us, you likely contributed to the 57 billion streaming minutes of “The Office” last year, according to Nielsen. Well, JELL-O is taking advantage of the show’s resurgence in popularity (and celebrating its 16th anniversary) by helping customers recreate a now-infamous prank between desk mates Jim & Dwight. That’s right – JELL-O recenty offered 100 lucky winners a JELL-O Stapler Mold Prank Kit: one stapler-shaped gelatin mold; five boxes of JELL-O gelatin; and $60 (presumably for purchasing a streaming subscription to watch the show again).

This marketing campaign was a brilliant way to weave a more than 124-year-old brand into today’s headlines. And make us all miss our office mates a bit more.
