Anyone who has tried to diet or eat healthy knows that it is nearly impossible to stay on track while maintaining an active social life. Even with many restaurants offering “healthier” options, typically the portion sizes are still much larger than they should be. And, let’s be honest, no one wants to order a garden salad and sparkling water over a bacon cheeseburger and tall beer.

Weight Watchers UK knows that this is a concern, and is therefore on a mission to vet popular restaurants to find their healthiest (yet still tasty) options. They have hired an “Official Eating Officer” (yes – that is a real job title) to travel the country and discover which restaurants get the Weight Watchers seal of approval.

The lucky gal, 25 year-old Sophie Hardy, was chosen to serve as the Official Eating Officer out of more than 500 candidates (that’s quite the interview process!), and is expected to dine out twice a week (is this a job or just real life?). She told Mashable, “Being chosen to eat out twice week in restaurants across the UK is an absolute dream job so I am delighted to be appointed as the first ever Official Eating Officer.”

Congrats, Sophie. And Weight Watchers, if you are ever looking for an OEO in the U.S., I’ll one up Sophie: I’m willing to dine out pretty much every night of the week!
