An LA-based entrepreneur approached us to brand Lobsta, a restaurant franchise in China, with the goal of emulating the Neptune Oyster brand identity—an iconic Boston brand we designed in 2004. Our team performed Discovery, Research & Strategy exercises that led to the creation of extensive Positioning and Branding. Branding and brand extensions included a logo, companion logo, brand guide and franchise template, corporate identity, menus, website, signage, interior design, as well as coasters, napkins, and takeout boxes. The scope of this partnership also had us playing a primary role in franchise execution and oversight.
Our team was also hired to re-brand the Lobsta’s sister restaurant along with its associated notable Los Angeles food truck.
