Taco Bout A Vacation

We all dream of escaping to a beautiful, sunny oasis when the weather gets bad, and in Boston, we’ve had more chilly days than warm and sunny this month, leaving me considering my vacation options now more than ever. But did I think I would come across a “tacoasis?” Absolutely not.

But alas, I did. Taco Bell, the fast food brand that brought us Doritos Locos and Crunch Wraps is opening a hotel in Palm Springs called The Bell. Details are scarce on what exactly the hotel will look like, what it will cost to stay at, or where exactly in Palm Springs it’ll be, but we do know that reservations for the pop-up in an undisclosed, existing hotel will open in June.

Doors to the resort will open beginning August 9th for five days, and there will be plenty of activities for a one-night stay, including a spa doling out Taco Bell-themed nail art, fade haircuts, and hair braiding. You can also expect to lounge at a pool with cocktails (Taco Bell Cantinas serve spiked Baja Blast freezes, after all).

And let’s not forget room service: your Taco Bell faves delivered to your room, but with some exclusive snacks and meals added to the menu.

If you’re lucky enough to snag a reservation, please share all the details and try to snag me a hot sauce float, please and thank you!
