Cameron Mitchell Restaurants includes 12 restaurant concepts and over 40 properties with annual sales of about $230 million, but outside of Ohio, their profile was limited. The marlo marketing team was brought on to open CMR’s steak and seafood concept Ocean Prime in Boston & NYC.
Assignment
Engrain the brand into its new communities and make Cameron Mitchell and Ocean Prime a household name at a local and national level.
Strategy
- Develop key messaging that underscores brand differentiators.
- Create and execute a creative media mailer that pays homage to Ocean Prime’s Ohio roots.
- Coordinate influential partnerships with local non-profits in New York and Boston.
- Select one high-tier social media influencer in each market to distribute content about the opening.
