Overview
Maine-based hospitality management and real estate development company Uncommon Hospitality was looking to increase awareness, drive website traffic and increase online bookings for three of their hotel properties – The Francis in Portland, ME and The Admiral’s Inn and The Colonial Inn in Ogunquit, ME. After underwhelming results from other agencies, Uncommon turned to marlo for our digital marketing expertise.
Assignment
Develop a strategic digital marketing plan to drive traffic and online bookings to Uncommon Hospitality’s three properties.
Strategy
- Develop compelling digital ad campaigns for each hotel property that reinforces each property’s differentiators and drives website traffic and online bookings.
- Develop Google AdWords campaign targeting relevant, but not competing, search terms for each property.
- Launch remarketing campaigns to reengage users who had previously interacted with the properties.
- Build and execute an email marketing strategy.
