In June of 2019, chef Tony Maws (Craigie on Main), along with two other longtime industry vets, Nick Zappia (of Blue Room in Cambridge) and Michael Leviton (founder of Lumière in Newton), opened Craigie Burger in the new Time Out Market Boston. They are on a mission to share Tony’s award winning, nationally known, but difficult to obtain, Craigie on Main burger to a larger audience. marlo marketing designed the logo, website, menus and packaging for the premium burger joint.
