Located on a 2.7 acre plot on D Street in Boston’s Innovation District, The Lawn on D was imagined as an experimental landscape designed to enhance the vitality of South Boston while bringing together different communities by offering innovative programming and events. Working with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA), marlo marketing created the overall brand identity for Lawn on D, designed all branding components (logo, signage, printed collateral, website, app and more), and wrote all copy elements designed to capture the brand’s playful, experimental philosophy.
