We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive who loves social media/influencer relations and adores spreading the news about meaningful and memorable brands within the hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer spaces. If you live and breathe social media trends, can whip up cool, compelling content in your sleep, and have a knack for nurturing relationships with clients and influencers alike, we want to work with you! This is a hybrid position based out of our Boston office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Alongside Account Manager, serve as day-to-day client contact
  • Execute marketing plans primarily focused on social media/influencer relations
  • Contribute to creation of social media content calendars and marketing/PR programs/plans
  • Draft/develop social content calendars featuring channel-specific content
  • Handle daily management of social media channels, including content development and influencer engagement
  • Cultivate influencer relationships
  • Participate in client meetings/calls; prepare meeting agendas and recaps
  • Manage results tracking and reporting
  • Stay up to date on the influencers, content creators, and trends relevant to client categories
  • Maintain a high level of consistent quality across deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-college marketing experience
  • Social media passion and proficiency, including content development and channel management
  • Successful influencer engagement experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with, and consistent usage of, AI software/tools
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time well, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive nature and pride in a job well done
  • Comfort with client communications
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and respond positively to constructive criticism
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and effective follow through
