We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Operations/Office Manager to help keep our team, office, and internal processes running seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on juggling priorities, supporting people, improving workflows, and creating an efficient and welcoming environment. This is a hybrid position based out of our Boston office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and productive hybrid work environment
- Manage and serve as the primary agency liaison for vendors and partners (e.g., IT, media resources, research tools, etc.)
- Assist with client and vendor billing/invoicing
- Coordinate company events, team gatherings, and culture-building initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain office standards and ensure spaces are functional, stocked, and team-ready
- Manage office supplies, equipment, service requests, and general facility needs
- Assist with agency social media efforts
- Provide executive/administrative support as assigned to CEO and COO
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of operations, office management, administrative, or similar experience
- Familiarity with billing/budgeting/invoicing
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal skills, follow-through, and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Comfort managing logistics, timelines, and multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common workplace tools/platforms
- Comfort with AI software/tools
- Proactive nature and pride in a job well done
