Café de Boston approached marlo marketing to reshape the perception of their offerings by the downtown business community. Work included redesigning their brand identity (logo, catering menu, website, POS materials, truck wraps), as well as revisiting the restaurant’s ‘flow’ by altering how the space is navigated by internal signage changes. The redesign succeeded in helping patrons more easily navigate the eatery’s unique combination of made-to-order, self-service, and takeout fast-casual dining experience.
