By featuring mouth-watering photographs of the finished meals, customers could nearly taste their dinner before it went into their cart. And by highlighting the key healthful attributes– gluten-free, all natural, and no added sugars– even the shopper most skeptical of boxed foods would be pleasantly surprised by our quality ingredients. Did it work? In just 1 year, The Healthy Pantry went from 100 to over 1,500 stores carrying it’s products, and those stores sold 1.7 times more each week!
Stage 2: create a strategy for strong customer engagement. Solving a persistent problem, our brand has the potential for long-term loyalty—but without a web site and social media strategy that engages those customers, this potential can disappear. Marlo and her team are revamping our customer-facing programs so we can capture our customers’ positive experiences and leverage them in both strengthening relationships and creating entirely new ones!
Finally, Stage 3: utilize local and national media to highlight the leadership position our stores are taking in providing easy and healthy answers to “What’s for Dinner?” and encourage shoppers to visit those stores for our solutions.
