Marketing Director

We’re looking for a strategic, digitally fluent marketing leader to drive integrated marketing strategy and performance for hospitality, lifestyle, and CPG clients. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives across digital, loyalty, email, paid media, CRM, and more, translating insights into action and delivering measurable business growth. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Boston office.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

  • Development and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, email, loyalty, advertising, social, and more
  • Campaign planning, setup, optimization, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instacart, and others
  • Client strategy, counsel, management, and communications, serving as a trusted day-to-day partner who provides guidance, proactive recommendations, and informed perspective
  • Ongoing learning around AI, new tools, platforms, channels, and trends

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally with hospitality, restaurant, or F&B brands
  • Proven experience managing clients and leading both strategy and execution
  • Strong digital marketing background, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis
  • Deep understanding of CRM, loyalty, email marketing, customer segmentation, lifecycle communications, and campaign optimization
  • Sharp business acumen, with the ability to connect marketing strategy to business outcomes and use tactical channels to drive sales, increase traffic, build awareness, and support client growth
  • Effective communication, collaboration, organization, and follow-through in a fast-moving, multi-client environment
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and restaurant brands
