Bethany is a seasoned storyteller with more than 10 years of experience across the food and beverage, health and wellness, automotive and hotel and hospitalities industry.
Bethany began her career in Chicago overseeing a number of local hospitality clients including Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, The Chicago Botanic Gardens and Park Grill at Millennium Park.
In 2012, Bethany shifted her focus primarily to food and beverage consumer goods, leading integrated marketing efforts for Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese, Mazola Corn Oil, Fleischmann’s Yeast, Karo Corn Syrup and more. During that time, she also supported the launch of General Motors’ Chevy Spark through a number of grassroots campaigns and managed the social media accounts and media relations efforts for the General Motors portfolio.
In 2015, Bethany shifted her focus back the the food and beverage industry, largely supporting the Mars Wrigley Confectionery portfolio with Weber Shandwick. In her three years supporting the business, Bethany oversaw the launch of new products such as M&M’s Caramel and M&M’s Flavor Vote as well as spearheaded the 3 Musketeers Shine Corps Specialist program. During this time, Bethany also worked across various other clients including Campbell’s Soup Company, TracFone, M&M’s Racing in NASCAR and the MARS petcare portfolio (Iams, Cesar, Pedigree, Greenies and Sheba).
Raised in Hartland, Wisconsin, Bethany attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, studying English and Communications. Following graduation, Bethany moved to Chicago where she spent 10 years honing her career with a handful of agencies. She now resides in Charlestown with her husband and one year old daughter and is enjoying exploring a new city.
