Vice President
Ariel originally joined marlo marketing in 2011 as Account Director for the agency’s Restaurant, Travel, and Hospitality practice. She was instrumental in the development of integrated marketing initiatives for clients ranging from small fast-casual spots to large national chains, independent fine dining establishments, growing local restaurant groups, and multi-faceted travel destinations. In 2014, Ariel became Vice President of the Restaurant & Catering practice, taking on a larger role within the agency’s senior leadership, spearheading strategy for clients, and cultivating the growth of the hospitality team.
In 2019, Ariel took on a Director of Marketing role with Patina Restaurant Group, a subsidiary of Delaware North. There she helped open the group’s first Boston restaurants in the new Hub on Causeway Development at TD Garden. When COVID-19 forced the shutdown of the restaurants, Ariel transitioned to a different industry and joined Generis Collective, a boutique property development firm, assisting with their rebranding and business model transition.
During this time, Ariel added another feather in her cap and completed the MBA program at Babson College.
Ariel returned to marlo marketing in 2024 continuing to oversee integrated marketing strategy for hospitality clients with a special focus on restaurants, as well as supporting strategic growth and business development initiatives for the agency at large.
Ariel graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Communications and Writing & Rhetoric. She is also a 2017 Fellow of UMASS Boston’s Emerging Leaders Program.
