Yana joined marlo marketing as an Account Director in 2016, leading day-to-day strategic direction and oversight of the agency’s hospitality marketing clients. In 2019, she was promoted to Vice President and currently leads strategy and execution across all agency restaurant clients, creating comprehensive plans spanning social/digital media, local and global promotions, loyalty programs, email marketing, internal/external communications, online reputation management and more.
Prior to joining marlo, Yana worked as the Director of Marketing at 5 Napkin Burger, where she was responsible for developing and implementing global and lobal marketing, advertising and promotional strategies for the six-location full-service restaurant group. During her tenure, the restaurant was recognized as the #3 Most Popular NYC Restaurant by Zagat, as well as #61 in the ‘Top Restaurants Social Media Index’ by Nation’s Restaurant News.
Originally from Needham, Massachusetts, Yana is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
