Francesca joined marlo marketing as a Vice President in 2017, bringing with her more than 14 years of experience executing strategic communications programs across a wide variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, luxury lifestyle, apparel, beauty, and nonprofit.
At marlo marketing, Francesca leads the consumer team in developing comprehensive awareness- and business-driving programs integrating strategic planning, media relations, social media, digital marketing and influencer engagement for the agency’s wide roster of consumer lifestyle brands. Francesca also serves as the social media practice lead, developing thoughtful and creative integrated social strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and ambassadorship.
Prior to marlo, Francesca was at Cone Communications, where she oversaw some of the agency’s largest consumer accounts, including Keurig, Lindt Chocolate, Barbour, Breville and Purina. She began her career in New York City executing national media relations programs for a roster of global beauty & grooming brands. And for over six years, she supported the iconic DeBeers A Diamond Is Forever integrated marketing campaign at JWT New York, managing the development and execution of the brand’s strategic global product launches, celebrity and influencer relations, industry thought leadership, experiential events, and crisis communications.
Francesca is a graduate of Boston College and lives with her family in Hingham, Massachusetts.
